Arrow Exterminators, Inc. will perform the Winter 2025 Quarterly Pest Control Services for the Wafco Mills Community on Friday, February 7th between the hours of 9am - 11:30am.
Should any resident desire an Interior Service to be performed in their individual homes during this window, please contact Arrow Exterminators directly at 336-273-6253 to schedule. Time slots for Interior Services are distributed in 20 minute intervals on a first come, first served basis.

Wafco Mills contracts with Arrow Exterminators, Inc. to provide quarterly pest control service for our community. This includes treating the exterior and common areas of the property.
Residents can also request interior service for their unit at no charge during the scheduled quarterly service. To schedule an interior service:

Request a specific appointment time Please note: Appointment times are first come, first served and residents must be present for the 15-minute service. Interior sprays are only done when Arrow is at Wafco for their Quarterly Service.
If you require service outside of the scheduled quarterly service date, you can schedule an additional interior service (or “call back” service) for a fee of $95.00. This fee is paid directly to Arrow Exterminators, Inc. To schedule a "call back" service, please call the Arrow Exterminators, Inc. Administrative staff.

The Quarterly Service plan between Arrow Exterminators and the Wafco Mills Community has been successfully executed for over 10 years as follows:
Quarterly Service dates are determined by Arrow Exterminators Administrative staff. An email notice is forwarded to the Wafco Mills HOA Board at least two weeks before the determined service date. It is the Wafco Mills HOA Board of Directors responsibility to notify the tenants of the pending service date and time frame; accomplished by simply forwarding the Arrow Exterminators date of service notice email to the Wafco Mills tenants.
At each Quarterly Pest Control service the Exterior and Common Areas of the Wafco Mills Community are treated by the Arrow Exterminators, Inc. technician.
Should any Wafco Mills tenant desire an Interior Pest Control service of their individual residence during the posted Quarterly Service date and time frame they are requested to telephone the Arrow Administrative office staff and secure a specific appointment time. All Interior Service appointment times are on a first come, first served basis and require the tenant to be present for the designated 15 minute service time period.
There is NO CHARGE to the Wafco Mills tenants for this Interior Service provided that an appointment time has been scheduled and honored by the tenant.
Should any Wafco Mills tenant desire any Arrow service outside of the posted Quarterly service date and time, an additional Interior service or a “Call Back” service - the tenant will be assessed a charge of $95.00 payable directly to Arrow Exterminators, Inc. This is a special rate for the Wafco Mills HOA Community and can be arranged by telephoning the Arrow Exterminators, Inc. Administrative staff.
