Hello Community Members!
LHello Wafco Mills Community,
We need your help to comply with our new master insurance policy, which requires us to keep records of all HO-6 (condo) insurance policies for each unit owner. Please log in to WafcoMills.com to submit your HO-6 insurance information . If you haven't created an owner account yet, you can do so on the website.
We understand this adds to your paperwork, and we apologize for any inconvenience. Submitting your HO-6 policy through the provided form is more efficient than handling multiple emails in different formats. This process helps us maintain cost-effective property management and keep monthly dues reasonable.
Additionally, our dedicated volunteer board member, Leighsa Windsor, will be stepping down due to other commitments. We're seeking volunteers to join the board and contribute to our community. If you're interested, please sign up using this VOLUNTEER INTEREST FORM.
Sincerely,
Joy Watson
Volunteer Wafco Board of Directors President
