The Greensboro Historic Preservation Commission will hold its regular monthly meeting on Wednesday, December 4, 2024 at 4 pm in the Plaza Level Conference Room, Melvin Municipal Office Building, 300 West Washington Street. Note: Access MMOB via the Greene Street entrance, no earlier than 30 minutes before meeting start time. Entrance to the building is NOT available after 5 pm
Here is the Agenda for the December 4th 2024 Historic Preservation Commission Meeting. This meeting is open to the public and all are welcome to speak at the meeting.
December 4th 2024, The Historic Preservation Commission met and approved the Application for a Trash Enclosure at Wafco Mills. We will work with Granduer USA, who is already working at Wafco, to build our Trash Enclosure.
December 10th, 2024 Wafco Mills received the Certificate of Appropriateness (COA) from the City of Greensboro for the trash enclosure to be built at the end of Walker Ave.
Jan 28, 2025 Wafco Mills Permit for the trash enclosure was approved. Here is the permit for Wafco Mills trash enclosure.
