Parking Stickers
If you or someone you know if interested in volunteering to help serve your Wafco Mills Community, we welcome you to share your interest with us HERE!
We are so happy to have Jose Sandoval Jas336gso@gmail.com as our newest board member! He has volunteered to chair our parking committee. If you have need for a new parking sticker, please be preparied to be assessed $25/ static cling sticker. Your previous sticker numbers will be marked as lost/stolen and if they found and used, please know that the vehicle may be towed as the towing company does have access to the master parking sticker spreadsheet.
In November of 2025, the new board will be discussing parking stickers and parking issues such as parking lot maintenance, expired tags, owners who do not give their tenants stickers, tenants and owners with trash and personal items, fruit and vegetable plants in parking spaces and on parking pads. AND TOWING. If you have interest or expertise in this area, or want to grow some expertise in this area, please consider volunteering to help our community by volunteering your time and talent on the Parking Committee by filling out this form. We would greatly appreciate your help!
Please note: Each unit at Wafco Mills is assigned one primary parking space and one additional unassigned space, both located either in front of your unit, or in the white-painted parking spots marked with your unit number and letter or "RESERVED" in white paint. The yellow-painted spaces are reserved exclusively for Historic Wafco Mills parking, please don’t park there. Historic Wafco Mills HOA President, Bryan Crean, will notify me and after one warning your unit will be fined $100. Your vehicle may be towed, by Historic Wafco Mills at your expense. Additionally, please do not dispose of trash in the Historic Wafco Mills dumpsters across Cedar St, as this prompts complaints, photos and videos or our residents or their unit identifying trash, from Bryan as well. We want to be good neighbors to our Historic Wafco Mills Neighbors.
