Wafco Mills Condominiums has implemented a new cost-saving garbage collection plan, replacing dumpster access on Cedar Avenue with green trash and brown recycling cans on-site, and encourages residents to flatten cardboard and dispose of waste responsibly.

Wafco Mills residents are updated on ongoing structural repairs, including completed work on the 626 Walker Ave side and proposed solutions for drainage and a sinkhole, with further repairs resuming in September after a temporary hold.
