PSA: PLEASE READ

Hello Community Members!

Last year we were forced to get new master insurance. Our new policyholder requires that we keep records of all HO6 policies for each unit owner. Please submit your HO6 insurance info on the website. You must log in to the WafcoMills.com website and create your owner account if you have not already done so. There were emails sent on both topics.

We apologize for adding this to your list of annoying paperwork. Having each owner submit their HO6 through a Google form is far more manageable than having 66 people emailing me in 66 different formats and times. This is just one of the tasks that Leighsa Windsor has been shouldering the heaviest burden as a volunteer hoa board member. The board has worked to set up systems that can automate some tasks but if it takes fifteen emails to get 66 HO6 policies submitted so that our insurance company stops asking me for them, then it negates the automation.

The website and connections available are, IMO the only way we will be able to sustain the most cost-effective property management and monthly dues possible. We can also go back to full management with any number of management companies. If you have knowledge of one you'd like to present a quote for services for, please let us know and we will schedule a board meeting to discuss the proposal. Leighsa has said that she is not running for office again as she has other responsibilities that will take the spotlight. Please reach out if you know someone who is looking for a way to serve their Wafco Mills community and wants to commit some time to volunteer (form here to sign up). Thank you so much!

Sincerely,

Joy Watson

Volunteer Wafco Board of Directors President
