Join Our Community and Make a Difference: Volunteer for a New Role!
A big thank you to everyone who attended the recent Town Hall on September 14, 2024! We’re grateful for your ideas and involvement as we work together to improve our community.
We’re excited to announce several volunteer roles to help enhance our neighborhood. No prior experience is necessary, just a willingness to lend a hand. Here’s how you can get involved:
Our Community Needs:
Building Reps
Be the spokesperson for your building, sharing residents’ experiences and contributing solutions that could benefit other buildings as well.
Violation Walk-Through Reps
Help oversee violation walk-throughs and support our community’s efforts to maintain Wafco’s aesthetics according to our guidelines.
Website Reps
Assist with taking photos, uploading them to our website on Squarespace, and enhancing our online community presence.
Project Reporter Reps
Keep owners informed about past, current, and future projects, ensuring everyone stays up-to-date.
Common Space Reps
Observe and report on our common spaces, from landscaped grounds to drainage and building exteriors, suggesting maintenance or repair needs.

In addition, our board is considering a new trash valet service. We’ve requested quotes from four providers, with one offering transport to community dumpsters. Each owner would cover the service individually, similar to the current $3.15 trash fee on your water bill. We’re evaluating all options to find the best fit for everyone.
Lastly, mark your calendar for our annual meeting in November 2024 (date TBD), where we’ll be electing new board members. It’s a great time to get involved and make your voice heard!
