Construction Begins Again

Dear Wafco Mills Owners,

We hope this message finds you well. We are reaching out to inform you of upcoming construction work scheduled to begin on March 11, 2025, by our contractors from Grandeur USA. This work will involve improvements, and maintenance related repairs to the trash enclosure and brickwork along Fulton.

To facilitate this ongoing project, we kindly request that all vehicles parked in reserved and assigned spaces along Walker Ave be removed prior to tomorrow March 11, 2025.

The work will require the use of heavy equipment and materials in these areas, and there is a significant risk of damage to any vehicles that remain during this time. We apologize for the last minute notice, but just received this information less than an hour ago.

To avoid potential issues, or towing at the owner's expense, we require that all vehicles be relocated until further notice and apologize for the inconvenience this work causes to your daily routine.

Alternative parking options include:

  • Reserved spaces along Wafco Lane that are not assigned to a specific unit number

  • Available spaces along the curb of Fulton, McGee, or Cedar.

We apologize for any inconvenience this causes and appreciate your cooperation in ensuring the safety of your property and the smooth progress of these improvements and necessary maintenance work. If you have any questions or concerns, please don’t hesitate to reach out.

Please see additional information on the News and Events tab of our website and feel free to immediately share the attached flyer with your tenants or guests. Please additionally note that all   remaining vehicles will be towed by Bobby's Towing at the owner's expense.

Thank you for your prompt attention to this matter.

Best regards,
Joy

PS. We still have owners who have STILL not shared their HO6 condo insurance policy. If this is you, please do so HERE

Please note: Each unit at Wafco Mills is assigned one primary parking space and one additional unassigned space, both located either in front of your unit, or in the white-painted parking spots marked with your unit number and letter or "RESERVED" in white paint. The yellow-painted spaces are reserved exclusively for Historic Wafco Mills parking, please don’t park there. Historic Wafco Mills HOA President, Bryan Crean, will notify me and after one warning your unit will be fined $100. Your vehicle may be towed, by Historic Wafco Mills at your expense. Additionally, please do not dispose of trash in the Historic Wafco Mills dumpsters across Cedar St, as this prompts complaints, photos and videos or our residents or their unit identifying trash, from Bryan as well. We want to be good neighbors to our Historic Wafco Mills Neighbors.
